My Photography Story
My love for photography began in the darkroom in high school and blossomed over time into a fulfilling career. I love the timelessness of photography and the power it gives us to capture the beauty of life’s moments and preserve them in time forever.
As a mother of four children and proud grandmother to three beautiful grandchildren, I know firsthand how quickly time flies. It’s that personal experience—of watching little hands grow and family stories unfold—that drives my passion for photographing life’s most precious, fleeting moments.
I am a creative at heart. I knit, sew, and handcraft almost all of my newborn props and outfits, which means every session features unique, Canadian, one-of-a-kind pieces. These special touches add a layer of authenticity and heart to your images, making your experience with me as personal and memorable as the photos themselves.
Whether I’m chasing the golden light of magic hour to capture the personality of your pet, or soothing your newborn to focus on the tiny details of their first days, I believe the best images come from a mix of technical skill, artistic vision, and genuine connection. My goal is always to listen deeply, understand your vision, and create something that feels honest, beautiful, and timeless.
